Twin Chimneys Homeowners Association is conveniently located in O’Fallon, Missouri just off Hwy K. The subdivision has undergone a wide variety of changes in the past few years. Hwy N formally fronted the entrance to the subdivision, and the new entrance has moved both entrance monuments back onto Twin Chimneys Boulevard. The south outer road has provided the surrounding areas with a comfortable east and west traffic flow. The south outer road will one day link with the Page extension thus relieving some traffic congestion from the highway 70 and 40 corridors.    MO Department Of Transportation Website

Twin Chimneys is a premier community of 813 single-family homes. It features three miles of tree lined boulevards and pristine common ground disbursed throughout. It is home to eleven distinct Villages, each with an elected Trustee representative serving on the Association Board. Twin Chimneys also serves as home to Twin Chimneys Elementary School, Sunrise Church, The Developmental Learning Center, a daycare facility; and its more recent new neighbor Del Mar Gardens, offering nursing home and assisted living care to seniors of the area.  Links to all of these if available is provided.

Twin Chimneys consists of 36 acres of common ground, three lakes, an exercise trail, tennis courts and three pools connected to the Family Center Clubhouse.

The Family Center is available to rent for parties and events and consists of an upper and lower level. The upper level features a large kitchen and serving areas as well as a wet bar overlooking the pool. The lower level hosts a weight and exercise room for Association members, as well as a game room for the younger family members. Go to the Family Center page to find information that may be helpful to all residents of the subdivision.

A playground is located adjacent to the family center and many families enjoy this relaxed comfortable type of park setting.

The pools open Memorial Day weekend and close just after Labor Day. The pools are fully staffed by trained lifeguards and swim lessons and swim meets are hosted in conjunction with the swim team.
