It has been brought to our attention that there are several residents who might not be aware that the City of O'Fallon has a leash law for its' four legged friends. Dogs cannot just "roam" about the subdivision. Animal Control has been throughout the subdivision responding to resident complaints. Sometimes, working up at the Twin Chimney's Family Center office can be sort of dull. Once the pool shuts down it gets pretty darn quiet around here. Well, you can imagine our surprise when we came to work today and a HUGE red and green envelope was waiting for us in our mailbox. In the top left hand corner the return address stated "North Pole."
