The new winter Boot Camp Schedule has just been finalized! Start the new year off on a healthy note... Classes begin on Monday, February 1st, 2010 WF 5:15AM-6:15AM M&TH 7:00PM-8:00PM Classes are open to men and women of ALL fitness levels. Only $5.00 per class and it's worth so much more. As always, in order to proceed with a class, there needs to be a minimum of 3 committed participants. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Water bottle, hand weights (3, 5 &/or 8lbs.), exercise mat (at least 1 inch thick), jump rope, a resistance band, medicine ball or any soccer size ball and a sweat towel. Always wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. I do have some extra supplies, but not enough for everyone. See you in class!
